Mixing of dough for the bakery industry

Tonelli, best known for its vertical planetaries, invented its mixing system in 1948. Over the years the company has expanded its range with various technologies, including the TR horizontal kneader, available in capacities of 500, 1000 and 1500 kg/batch.

The machine is ideal for mixing bread dough and generally hard dough for crackers, biscuits, cookies, cream sandwiches, anhydrous creams, brisée pasta and shortbread as well as chewing-gum.

The equipment includes a mixing tank equipped with a temperature probe in constant contact with the product, with detectable working cycles. The machine is fully washable, with front and rear access for easy feeding of ingredients.

The cast mixer arm available in two models in torsion-resistant AISI 304 stainless steel, is directly splined to the drive shaft. The direct coupling with Sew motor provides maximum torque and efficiency, resulting in -20% energy consumption.

Inverter management optimizes operation, minimizes mechanical stress, and allows speed to be set according to the product being mixed.
