Techfood ovens can cook, reheat, defrost, roast, grill, melt, fry without our and boil any food. The embedded software provides countless recipes and menus which can be displayed on the colour LCD display. The recipes can be implemented thanks to the USB port on the machine to create customized menus. The following technologies are used: “instagrill” infrared heating element, with which a “crispy” effect is obtained; turbo ventilation, that immediately heats the cooking chamber for product defrosting; professional magnetrons for the emission of microwaves, that provide for a uniform cooking of the product. Characterized by a turbo-ventilation that moves the air at a speed of more than 100 km/h, the oven can be used for all cooking needs from 5 to 3 minutes.
