Cavagnino & Gatti renew their range of rotary MP labellers with a new electronic bottle plate movement, where the rotation can be programmed according to the application. The labellers can be equipped with electronic or mechanic orienting systems for centring of spots or notches on the container, as well as the alignment of printed capsules, logos, UV spots and/or glass cartouches. The main feature of this series is the system featuring one, two or three optical sensors. Next to their flexibility, these rotary labellers offer high accuracy and reliability thanks to the use of electronic components from the most qualified producers in the world. The stations for self-adhesive, glue or combined labelling can meet any labelling requirement. Outputs ranging from 2500 to 28,000 b/h can meet the needs of the most different sectors. Modular self-adhesive MPX stations can be integrated or removed according to production needs.
