Phoenix DE (Double-End) is the greatest technological expression reached by Akomag in the bottle washing sector. This industrial machine aimed at large users, has been designed to carry out the washing process faster and more efficiently, without compromising on quality and safety.

Among the many features of this bottle-washing machine there are: a large touch-screen control panel, remote assistance via software, and an electronic safety on each reduction gear to stop the machine in case of overload, with automatic reset from the control panel. Depending on the model, the production capacity ranges from 20,000 to 60,000 bottles/h.

In accordance with the Machinery Directive 2006/42, the bottle washer offers the following features: Alarm display and reset from the touch panel; unified greasing in few points; complete automatic cleaning and disinfection cycle; safety and anti-dust protection (with pressurization system); inverter with remote control for all motors installed on the machine.

The complete washing cycle includes: Automatic bottle loading; inner and outer spraying by water first and then detergent; inner and outer rinsing with water; depletion of bottom and dripping; automatic bottle unloading.
