Comet presents ball MU/A ball-refining plants, offering a productivity of 100, 250 and 500 kg/h. The plants are suitable for processing creams, chocolate, chocolate substitute, hazelnut paste for the confectionery and ice-cream industry (coatings and fillings). Fully automated, they can run continuously on three shifts without the presence of an operator. All processing cycles are controlled and stored via PLC, for a perfect traceability of all relevant data such as temperature, processing time, etc. The powerful motors installed on the refining unit achieve optimum power transmission, providing for short processing times and top accuracy. The machine features sound-proof protection ensuring a reduction of noise emission typical of this production method. The range includes all machines and systems related to the refining process, such as storage tanks for liquids, oils and fats, hazelnut paste, as required for managing the storage and mixing of ingredients.
