The filling technology of its systems is customizable according to the product to be processed, the type or capacity of the container, and for the integration in an existing production process. The standard filling technology is based on automatic solutions and systems, constructed entirely in stainless steel Aisi 316, equipped with integrated and programmable CIP/SIP washing and sanitising systems, management software, available either in ultra-hygienic or aseptic version for sterile products.

According to Customer’s operational and production requirements, the company also supplies systems with single or multiple in-line or rotary dosing units, with variable filling technology (volumetric, by gravity, electronic-volumetric, with electromagnetic flowmeter or mass meter). On request, the company designs and produces complete filling lines comprising container feeding systems, washing systems, cappers, labellers etc.
