This concept matches the traditional envelope wrapping style with a new hermetic heat-sealing procedure with a cut for easy opening and a hot-melt glue closing flap. S-Pack is the ultimate wrapper, meeting customer requirements in terms of higher product protection and longer shelf life. The main peculiarities are: all-round hygienic design: format change over time 75/90 minute; servo-driven paper feeding system, no product – no paper system; gentle handling of product and wrapping material; full product accessibility during feeding and wrapping sequences; easy cleaning and maintenance; automatic splicer for wrapping material. HMI by color graphic touch screen including 3-level handling menu handling. This machine can be connected to a row feeding distribution system as well as to a multipack cartoning machine, both available within CMH Group, with the comfort of a turnkey-solution.
