RollerChocoSweet 15 Plus is a versatile machine designed by FBM Boscolo to combine both a praler and a pan in the same machine thanks to interchangeable bowls.

With this unit it is possible to produce a wide range of pralines and dragées, including sugar covers, caramelized sugar coatings, chocolate coverings and salty dried fruit covers.

All with one machine. Supplied with two bowls: One made of copper alloy and one made of stainless steel, each designed to optimise specific types of processing. The machine is equipped with an automated tilting system, which provides quick and easy emptying of the product at the end of the cycle.
