Polyurethane belts are 160/350 mm wide and 250/450 mm long. The checkweigher is ideal for the dynamic weighing of unpackaged food products (meat, for example) and in all applications requiring very frequent washing and sanitizing procedures. The 100% stainless steel frame is designed to minimize the build-up of residues anywhere on the frame. The special conveyor belts design allows simple and fast disassembly for cleaning operations.
A special padlock allows the removal of the transport unit with a single gesture, while the smart architecture of the conveyors allows fast and easy disassembly of the belt. The patented EasyWeigh technology ensures accurate weighing in any condition without the need for calibration or learning procedures.
