Rock 20Plus is an automatic portioning machine ideal for variable fixed weight cuts, equipped with an external scale. Produced by Caseartecnica Bartoli, this machine is ideal for cutting hard and semi-hard cheeses in slices that are then conveyed to the packaging station. This flexible PLC-controlled machine is suitable for cutting a programmable number of pieces. The blade change is easy and fast, and interchangeable blades provide for “rock” or smooth cuts (similar to the manual one for hard cheeses like Parmesan).
