Morrone Food Tech has developed new models of automatic cutters for various types of fruit. For dehydrated fruit, in particular, the company offers the automatic ring slicer Model MW-R, in a version that finds application even in the preserving industry.

Several new features have been implemented, as for instance the coring and cutting into rings pears, peaches, nectarines, kiwis, oranges, lemons and pineapple, with the possibility of producing smooth ring slices (down to 2mm thickness) and crinkle-cut slices. The MW cutter is now available for coring and cutting apples, pears, nectarines and peaches into segments, chunks and sticks.

The same machine can be used for slicing persimmons, oranges, lemons and tomatoes. Thanks to its modular construction, the machine can be used in both, small and large production units. Both machines have a compact structure and are automatically operated; both are equipped with washing, feeding and cutting sections.
