Insulated tanks for cocoa paste and butter


The tanks of the TCX Lab, TCX Mikro and TCX Mega series from MCM Massa have been developed for industrial use. They are designed to melt and keep different raw materials – such as chocolate, substitute chocolate, cocoa paste and cocoa butter, vegetable fats, creams, and glucose – in a liquid state at constant and controlled temperature.

More specifically, the TCX Lab and TCX Mikro models, with capacities ranging from 50 to 500 kg and compact dimensions, are suitable for medium production. The TCX Mega model, with capacities from 1000 to 24,000 kg, is particularly suitable for medium and large productions. Tanks are fully customizable to suit specific space and application needs.

Together with the insulated tanks, the company offers a complete turnkey service ranging from design to installation and start-up service, from after-sales technical assistance to specialized maintenance. It also designs and manufactures complete chocolate processing lines that speed up and optimize production processes, including transfer tubing and accessories such as pumps and filters.
