The machine identifies the non-compliances (contaminated heat-seal, label and due date presence, correct position of label and barcode, contents control) of the packages transferred along the packaging line, and removes all those that do not conform. Furthermore, it allows the management of quality control on lines running at a speed of more than 220 packs per minute. First vision inspection system equipped with IP67 (washdown) protection, it can be installed in white rooms or environments that require to wash the machines. The stainless steel frame is designed according to washdown standards. Even the engine assemblies and the LEDs feature IP67 protection. Pneumatic pressure regulator and gauge are protected in a windowed IP67 box, providing for easy inspection and maintenance. The machine is available with single or double lane layout, to inspect packages coming from two different production lines.
