Bertolaso Spirits Safe Filling is: uncontaminated product filling, no risk of alcohol strength loss, no risk of product loss: accurate filling level. Uncontaminated product filling monoblock due to a “one way product flow” architecture. Alcohol loss due to evaporation in the filling bowl is avoided as it is not under vacuum. A new pneumatic valve design delivers unprecedented filling and anti-spillage control. The light sealing pressure of the bottle to the Filling Valve allows to run glass and PET bottles too. The new pneumatic valve design enables rapid Spirit filling and maintains a very precise filling level.
