Synthesis, the tunnel oven from Zanolli, can optimize the cooking of products such as pizza, frozen croissants and bread, as well as grilled vegetables, and pastries. Best cooking is achieved thanks to air flows inside the chamber and to the automatic movement of the grid, which moves at a constant preset speed. The unit is ideal also for cooking food that must be frozen or sold via organized retail trade. One tunnel oven can cook up to 200 30-cm wide pizzas per hour. By stacking the modules or combining them to form a multi-oven line, it is possible to obtain three times its throughput. The possibility of controlling six different cooking programs provides considerable flexibility, and thanks to the new Standby function, the oven temperature can be lowered when it is in stand-by, with considerable energy savings.
