Every day, Tecnovap tests and develops steam generators suitable to meet the most demanding requests of the food industry. The most frequent problems concern residual wastewater resulting from the cleaning of equipment with high pressure water. The solution comes from the Pescantina-based company, manufacturer of dry steam generators at 180°C (10 bar) that loosen dirt from surfaces, and sanitize them. With steam, the surface remains perfectly dry and clean, thus eliminating the problem of floor and machinery flooding. Various multinational companies have already chosen this system that replaces conventional high-pressure cleaners; they use it on automatic assembly lines equipped with robots and photocells, where water cleaning is not possible. Saturated steam can be combined with: wet/dry vacuum cleaners to remove the dissolved dirt; overheated water injection tp remove stubborn dirt where also mechanical action is needed; injection of detergent and steam for quicker cleaning of encrusted surfaces; high-pressure water for quicker removal of dirt dissolved by steam.
