Constructed under U.S.D.A. regulations, the VVS 180 grinder features a transmission gear that is completely separated from the mechanical moving parts. The grinder is entirely made in stainless steel. The loading of the grinding head is made by means of an angular element, with continuous adjustment of the screw speed. Thanks to the movement of the loading and grinding screws, and to their perpendicular mounting, the meat flow is uniform and even, without flow-backs. The 1150-litre pre-mixer features two mixing shafts, with independent blades movement, suitable for continuous or time-controlled operation, and programmable process starts and stops. The grinding unit is controlled via a speed variator, designed and constructed by VVS. The blade has four grinding speeds, which can be electronically selected. The vacuum on the grinding mouth provides for a continuous and smooth flow of the meat for the production of sausage with a regular grain.
