ISP Professional spiral mixers (from 6 to 15 micromix and from ISP20 to ISP200) of IPBake boast an extremely high power, necessary to increase the spiral tool speeds for very hydrated products.

In particular the model ISP6 Micromix, characterized by 300 tool revolutions at maximum speed, handles dough hydrations even higher than 100%. Professional PLUSspiral mixers from 20 to 200 kg have 3 timers, two for the first and second speeds, plus a third timer for the reversal of the tool and tank, which is very useful for dough oxygenation.

The mixers have slightly conical tanks to better oxygenate the product, and convey it to the center. By means of a steel block onto which the worm tool is keyed, it is possible to adjust its height from 2 to 10 mm from the tank bottom. This contributes to change the pressure inside the dough.
