For the milk and dairy sector, Magnabosco offers a technology meeting all needs, starting from mini-plants with integrated boiler, and heated by natural gas, diesel or electric energy. Among the novelties, there is the wood-heated steam generator: a boiler for the production of low-pressure steam, heated by biofuel, providing for reduction of processing costs next to processing at practically no fuel costs. The boiler features horizontal pipes for natural draught, providing for easy assembly and maintenance, suitable for burning wood of all types and dimensions. The steam generator completes the already extensive range of steam generators using pellets or fossil fuel. In dairy farms, this boiler can be combined with the patented coagulators with stainless steel or copper double bottoms, ideal for the production of ripened cheese. Capacities can meet different needs, and thermal insulation prevents energy loss or risks for the operators such as burns.
