Acram, specialising in milk metering systems, offers systems and plants suitable to be assembled on truck, or at the incoming station at the dairy; furthermore, the company specialises in automatic milk sample identification and tracing systems. The various models of tanks are equipped with self-priming positive displacement pumps, centrifugal pumps or vacuum system, according to the needs of the incoming station, with capacities ranging from 12,000 to 75,000 litres/hour. The metering systems – providing for high metering accuracy – are approved by the Italian Ministry for Productive Activities, and accompanied by a metering certification in compliance with EC 2004/22. These approved collection & metering systems feature cutting-edge technology, and allow  perfect data management to be used for tracing/tracking procedure. Following data are stored in the memory and transferred to the data evaluation center: quantity, temperature, pH, geographical coordinates, recognition of tank section. At the end of each collection, a ticket is printed containing all relevant data in compliance to existing regulations.
