COMET
Among Comet‘s proposals for the confectionery sector, there are also the MU/A ball refining plants suitable for processing creams, and offering a productivity of 100, 250, and 500 kg/h. The plants are suitable for processing creams, chocolate, chocolate substitute, compounds for the ice-cream industry and confectionery, as well as for the production of coatings and fillings. Fully automated, the plants can run continuously on three shifts without the presence of an operator. All processing cycles are controlled and stored via PLC, for a perfect traceability of all relevant data (temperature, processing time). The power of the motors installed on the refining unit does not compromise the reduction of noise emissions, and achieves optimum power transmission, with excellent results in terms of processing times and accuracy. A compact refining plant is available for processing pastes containing dried fruit (hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios and pine kernels) for a production capacity ranging from 100 to 250 kg/h. Fully automated, this line allows processing at low temperatures.
