Multiform is the proposal of Mimac Italia for the realization of extruded products both sweet and savoury, with or without filling, able to satisfy the most demanding laboratories of pastry but also of gastronomy. The co-extruder can be matched to an automatic retractable belt device for unloading the products.

It is equipped with an easy to use 7” colour touch screen allowing for 200 recipes to be stored. The production capacity is 6000 pieces per hour for 25 g products and 750 pieces per hour for 200 g products. It is equipped with: dosing units for dough and filling; diaphragm shutter kit for cutting the products in different shapes; dough feed unit with horizontal plastic worm screws; filling feed unit with vertical stainless steel worm screw.

Motorizations (dough extrusion, dosing of filling, conveyor feed, vertical movement and closing frequency of the shutter unit) with electronic speed variators.
