Until a short time ago, all Sipa’s Sincro Bloc models were based on rotary blowing systems that can produce up to 54,000 bottles/h of small and medium format.
Today, however, thanks to the in-line SFL blowing machine, it is possible to produce and fill even large bottles and with the volumetric gravity filling system of Big Fill, they can achieve outputs up to 4000 bottles/h on 12 litres containers.
This association offers countless advantages, as it is possible to process small and large containers in different formats, including bottles with handle, and all types of liquids (water, milk and milk-based products), even hot-filled ones; and value-added products such as edible oil. The line, comprising an in-line and a rotary blower, is compact, with simple mechanical movements and easy to use.
To ensure bottles hygiene, no transfer is required between blower and filler, and there is no need for a protection from the outside environment. This enables customers to safely fill even carbonated drinks without preservatives.
