Among the latest achievements of Senzani Brevetti, there is the wrap-around cartoner for soup cubes and coffee capsules. DP25 is an automatic wrap-around cartoner to pack untraditional cubic stock cubes starting from flat blank. A peculiar product, requiring a special system for guiding the product along the entire packaging process. With its high performance of 1800 cubes per minute at infeed, the unit has a compact layout. The WA12 monoblock wrap-around case packer has been designed for the packaging of coffee capsule cartons. Specifically designed with a modular structure, it is part of a turn-key project that will handle the whole production, from the cartoning to palletizing; the machine is extremely flexible both in terms of package formats (doypack, bags, trays, boxes) and of quick and easy format change-over.
