Schib Hayssen-Flexible Systems offers a wide range of flowpack solutions dedicated to the biscuit sector, including stand-alone machines and integrated turnkey systems for primary and secondary packaging (single serves or multi-packs, with products aligned vertically or horizontally, in stacks or trays).

For packaging biscuits in stacks, flow-pack machines can be equipped with semi-automatic or automatic solutions including gravity feeders and fully automatic electronic feeders. The pictures shows a packaging line for biscuits in stacks for 500 packs/minute.

The biscuits arrive in upright position from the upstream line; then twelve vibrating channels convey them to an electronic multi-track feeder that creates the stacks and transfers them to the electronic CO 90 flow wrapper. The quantity of biscuits per stack can be programmed from the touch screen.

The line configuration includes: 5-axis servo control, automatic film splicing, photocell for centering pre-printed films and the No product – No bag function. The machines design is hygienic and facilitated cleaning interventions.
