Industrial Stone is ideal for cooking a variety of products, such as pizza, focaccia, piadina, bruschetta, bread, crostini with low consumption. Cooking takes place on the refractory cooking surface.

On request, Italforni supplies also special tunnel oven configurations in stainless steel. The unit features adjustable conveyor belt speed and independent digital temperature regulation for baking floor and ceiling. It has stainless steel shielded resistors.

The conveyor belt of the oven is fitted with refractory stone fillets. The height of the cooking chamber is 105 mm. As optionals, there are the stainless steel motorized brush for refractory bars cleaning and the pneumatic tensioning of the belt.
