To solve labelling, traceability and identification problems of the food industry, Labelpack offers labelling systems suitable to apply one or more labels on the package, which can be used also for the in-line printing of variable data and bar-codes.
Foods packaged in thermoformed trays are a well-established usage in the food industry for packaging meat and meat products. To solve all the problems related with labelling, traceability and identification, Labelpack designed a wide range of labelling systems suitable for applying one or more labels onto different types of packs, and offers also print&apply systems for in-line printing of variable data and bar-codes. For the integration of the labelling units in existing and new packaging lines, the company offers to machine manufacturers and end consumers the necessary technical support and the experience developed in over twenty years of activity: in order to identify the best solution among the various models of automatic Labelx labellers and the PandA Print&Apply systems, available in over thirty models and as many accessories, allowing different layouts for easier integration on different end-of-line machines (flow-pack, heat-seal, thermoforming, bagging, bundling machines, cartoning and casing machines).
Top of the range
The automatic labelling systems of the Modular series represent the top of the range. Labelx labelling units are assembled onto a stainless steel “open frame” structure, and are suitable for applying labels on the top and bottom of trays containing the product. The centralised electronic control is installed in a pendant control panel, together with the PLC and the touch-screen operator panel. Operating speeds are electronically synchronised, and all adjustments are identified by numeric indicators for a fast and safe change-over.
Self-adhesive labelling
The automatic labelling systems of the Modular series can integrate various product transfer systems, designed according to their format, weight and shape of the container to be labelled. The conveying systems are integrated in the peculiar open frame structure that provides for easy cleaning of the area below the machine, preventing that leaking products may reach parts of the machine that are difficult to clean and sanitise. The series comprises fine standard models, all of them offering the possibility of customization. Semi-automatic LABELX labelling modules are assembled onto different types of frame structures, for an easy integration on automatic packaging machines and lines. They are available for label widths of 140/250 mm, and can integrate any kind of thermal transfer printer available on the market for printing variable data, bar-codes and any additional information required for the traceability of food products on labels of max. 4” and 6” width. Compact, the “entry level” series, is assembled onto a stainless structures, and equipped with Labelx JR labelling modules, allowing functional layouts at a very competitive price.
