Alfa Laval Prepared Food & Beverage took part in the latest Cibus Tec with its machinery consisting of pasteurizers, sterilizers, and aseptic fillers for flexible packaging from 3 to 1000 liters.
But also with the Blancher Cooker, a new system for mixing various ingredients (liquids and solids) and creating recipes for the food and baby food industry. The machine is mainly used for mixing, defrosting, and heating of fruit and vegetable products, especially when they contain particles.
In the mixer, the products are preheated and mixed with other ingredients prior to the final heating stage for pasteurization or sterilization in other heat treatment equipment such as ViscoLine VLA or VLO (monotube) tubular heat exchangers or Contherm scraped surface heat exchangers.
Also in the foreground is the calculation software that allows to calculate the C02 consumption of the line, from raw material to the final filling, developed to help customers reduce the environmental footprint of fresh or processed products.
