Valmatic manufactures FFS (Form-Fill-Seal) machines for the production of single-dose packs, in suitable rooms with controlled atmosphere and Haccp procedures. The solutions directed to the food industry include single-dose packs for seasonings, oil, vinegar, sauces or beverage concentrates. The picture shows packs produced with the thermoforming, filing and sealing machine Minivaldose, with a machine pitch of 56.20 mm. The filling capacity of this machine ranges from 1 to 125 ml; it can fill liquid, semi-liquid food products as well as creams, gels and powders. The centering of the print on both sides of the containers is guaranteed; it also offers the possibility of producing stand-up containers with flat bottom. One of the machine peculiarities is that it can fill in the same pack two different products to be mixed only at use, as for instance dressings, sauces, seasonings. The machine does not need special maintenance or adjustment procedures, and the mold change-over is easy and quick, according to Good Manufacturing Practice standards.
