Ten years ago, live combustion testing, efficient use of the boilers devices for energy recovery and the installation of accessories for the final control of combustion fumes have led brought to a net saving of around 10% of electricity and 5% of methane gas across the company, but technological developments in line with the Industry 4.0 concept have led to the interconnection of power stations and real-time analysis of data.

By connecting the steam boilers to the network and centralizing all the equipment, today it is possible for Latteria Soresina to constantly monitor systems, performance, consumption, levels and all the parameters needed to guarantee the best results.
