Cafftop and Capsired are the latest developments by NVH Italia in the  field of plant extracts, helpful for balancing the body weight, the physical and mental recovery and the global well being. In particular, the plant complex and its easiness of use make Cafftop a top ingredient in the  formulation of foods and supplements such as beverages, instant liquid formulas and water soluble tablets for balancing the body weight, the physical and mental recovery and the natural stimulation of the metabolism. Is a dry extract obtained from the simultaneous and balanced extraction of carefully selected South American components, and has the aspect of a powder with a grain size between 250 and 500 microns. Capsired is a dry granulated extract of Capsicum annuum var. longum with a 2% standardized contents of capsaicinoids. Its exclusive features allow its use as food ingredient. It’s produced only from crops grown in Southern Italy and with fruits coming from certified supply chains. The transformation takes place in the company plant at Lauria near the growing area. A particular technique, using exclusively spring water as dissolving substance, is used for the  production of both ingredients.
