The laminating and dough blocks lines from Alba are a compact technological evolution for industrial productions with the need to continuously work a dough to progressively reduce its thickness and to create dough billets or layers with automated mechanical systems.

The general characteristics are: Homogeneous distribution of the fat; reduction of scraps on the sides; non-stop dough loading; constant lamination. The picture shows Block Line, an automatic system suitable for puff pastry and yeast dough characterized by an hourly production rate from 600 to 2000 kg/h.

Available in different configurations, depending on the number of layers to obtain, this unit is compact and easy to handle thanks to many pre-set and customised programs.
