Now in its seventh year of life, Autodop continues to develop solutions for the complete automation of the aging warehouses of traditional Italian DOP cheeses.
The Elettra, Alcione (pictured) and Maia automatic brushing machines – characterized by efficiency and ease of movement and management inside the warehouses, where they carry out the cleaning and turning of the maturing cheese forms on the shelves – stand out among the products that meet Industry 4.0 requirements.
The machines work automatically between the lanes optimizing the positioning, operating to the right and left with high hourly outputs. The movements of the gripping units are precise, fast and delicate thanks to the straight slide and the adjustment inverters. The rechargeable batteries allow the brushes to move independently, while the intuitive touch panel provides for easy remote control.
