The new range of Spirax Sarco Clean steam generator consist of compact and ready-to-install units designed to produce 300 kg/h to 600 kg/h of Clean steam at nominal conditions. Clean steam is the only type of steam that can eliminate the risk of contamination within food processes and complies with CE1935/2004. The indirect steam generator and all parts in contact with clean steam and feed water are made of AISI 316L stainless steel, tested and in compliance with the release limits set by the regulations. The m-CSG has been designed meet humidification, direct injection and sterilization applications in the food industry with a simple, compact and economical product.
