Emilos vibrating screens differ from conventional models for their constructional design and the special motor drives that run at 3000 rpm instead of 1400 as all other vibrating screens currently on the market. The quality of these products is 100% Made in Italy: In fact, each single component is made within the factory in Cavriago (RE).
Thanks to the practical screen tensioning system, the final user can adjust the screen in total autonomy. The CRS model, currently the top of the range, is available in the following diameters: 600, 800, 900, 1200, 1500, 1800 mm. The monolithic convex shaped bottom provides for total elimination of stagnation areas and facilitates the daily cleaning at the end of each production cycle.
This special bottom approaches the vibrator motor to the sieving surface, for continuous and accurate sieving. The high-frequency motor vibrator is water-tight and is designed to develop a sussultory, swaying and rotary motion that protects the screen from being clogged up. This contributes to keep it clean throughout the whole production process.
The vibroscreen can be equipped with one or more filtering screens, splash/dust plate lidding, anti-clogging devices and deferrizator grids. On request, it is available with reduced height for installation below the exits of existing plants, and in stainless steel Aisi 304L or 316L.
