STS extended its range of labellers with the series of V700 Vacuum capsuling and labelling monoblocs. Capsules are distributed by a single-head dispenser featuring a centering gripper of the bottle neck and separation by pins of the capsules. Capsules are then closed on a rotary turret with four spin-on heads and four shrink heads. Vacuum technology is used for the labelling of bottles on two labelling stations. The monobloc can be easily integrated in-line and is equipped with: turret turning in clockwise direction; emergency stop devices on screw, stars, and central carrousel; safety guards complying with EU regulations; electronically variable speed with inverter (1500/3000 b/h); pneumatic lifting of the shrink head at machine stop. The labelling stations are driven through stepper motor for maximum labelling accuracy. The machine is made in stainless steel with parts in aluminium coated with scratch resistant corrosion-proof paint.
