Omar R&G offers machines for washing and drying cylindrical and shaped bottles. Characterised by an output rate ranging from 1000 to 25 000 bph, the machines are made in stainless steel Aisi 304 and technopolymers. Bottle caps, bodies and bottoms are washed mechanically by means of rotating brushes. For the drying the bottles are moved to a tunnel with height-adjustable air dispensers, which are powered by turbines. The company proposes different lines, according to the required output rate and the type of bottle. Optima for small/medium productions (1000/5000 bph) using cylindrical bottles; Maxima for high output rates (8500/25 000 bph) using cylindrical bottles; Ecletta, for shaped and cylindrical bottles.
