Intech’s micro-batching system for bakery ingredients allows the automatic management of the weighing of small amounts of product with a high accuracy. The unit is equipped with a hopper installed above the load cells, for the dosing of selected ingredients.
A mobile hopper is also available for manual dosing of a small quantities of ingredients. The product level inside the tanks is constantly controlled by means of level sensors. Each tank is fitted with an extraction screw connected to a blending tool that keeps the material flowing.
All contact parts with the product are made of stainless steel AISI 304 or, on demand, Aisi 316. All ingredients are managed through a dedicated software, providing for continuous traceability of the batches. The system can be integrated with equipment for the automatic transfer of micro-batches from the silos to the other processing machines.
