PS Forma 600 is an automatic forming machine from Pack Sud for extruded taralli and bread-sticks in different flavours and sizes. The machine offers easy format change-over and cleaning, with minimum maintenance.

The dough is automatically positioned on the loading belt and conveyed to the extruder, whose rollers gently transfer it to the shaping belt. The dough cooling unit keeps the extrusion temperature at an optimal level for the complete forming of the product.

The forming tool precisely cuts and forms the dough, which will automatically positioned onto the automatically fed tray. This forming machine is extremely versatile, and with its advanced electronics it can handle any kind of dough and shape.
