The moulding machine Mod. MF 34 proposed by Iannello Inox is made of stainless steel and features a heated cavity. The machine allows natural inclination thanks to a linear actuator controlled by a joystick located on the control panel. The rotation speed of scrolls and rollers is adjustable by means of potentiometers. Moulding rolls are available in food-grade Teflon (lighter) or aluminium alloy. The machine can be equipped with several optional devices, as counting scale, turntable for special cheese, extruder. The buttermilk obtained during processing can be recovered through a lateral drain valve connected to an external element. All parts in contact with the product are coated with Teflon DuPont sintered at high temperature. The machine is suitable for the production of pasta filata cheese, such as scamorza, mozzarella, fior di latte and other special cheese types; it can be directly supplied from a spinner, either continuously or non-continuously. Production ranged from 100 to 1000 kg/h.
