Tecnopool Spa from Padua today announced the acquisition of Logiudice Forni S.r.l. (Arcole, VR) and Mimac Italia S.r.l. (Piovene Rocchette, VI). The Tecnopool Group is in a strong position on today’s global market, with an overall turnover of around 100 million euros, eight production units in four countries, and more than 500 employees, with additional increases and hiring programmed for 2019. Gostol-Gopan (Nova Gorica, purchased in 2016) and Mecateck Group S.r.l. (San Bonifacio, VR, an affiliate of Logiudice and Mimac) are also part of the group.
