The solutions developed made it possible to respond to the increasingly varied demands of the dairy sector. The picture shows an example of such machines: the new EVO spiral mixer, a natural evolution of the classic standard model of the Emilia-based company. Made entirely of stainless steel and materials suitable for food contact, it guarantees energy saving.
The mixer is equipped with brushless permanent magnet drive without reduction gear and without oil inside, to reduce the environmental impact and to prevent product contamination. IP65 protection, small footprint and low maintenance are other important features for the dairy industry. The quick tool change allows to use the mixer of multiple processing phases: heating and cooking, curd pushing and cutting, double bottom cleaning.
