Fibosa cheese-dosing machines feature an upper curd distribution module that includes a mixing mechanism for an even mixing of the product.

The auxiliary whey storage unit drains the clean whey arriving from the distribution module before adding more ingredients to the curd. A drive pump retrieves this whey for use in other processes. Cheese dosing machines include conveyor belts, control and regulation of parameters by PLC and touch screen.

Suitable for CIP cleaning systems, the machine consists of three independent modules for the different phases of processing, moulding and dosing: Upper curd distribution module; intermediate module/cassette; lower module consisting of reinforced and easily replaced moulders, that automatically adjusts for the different dosing heights.

On request, the dosing machine may be completed with a cabinet for the washing columns and accessories, column extraction lift and access platform.
