With 90 years of experience, Mingazzini is a reference point in the design and construction of tailor-made solutions based on different industrial needs. Among the various customised solutions, there are superheated water boilers up to 17 MW (PB_HS Series) and heat-recovery boilers to be installed downstream of cogeneration or process plants (PAS Series).
The PB Series with three passes, with passing flame design, for instance, covers outputs from 2000 to 30,000 kg/h, with rated pressures from12 to 25 barg; the PVR series with backflame design covers outputs from 350 to 30,000 kg/h with rated pressures from 12 to 25 barg. For both series higher pressures can be provided upon request.
The extensive range includes firetube steam boilers, waste heat recovery boilers, superheated water boilers, firetube hot water boilers, thermal fluid heaters, unfired clean steam generators, atmospheric and pressurised deaerators with a capacity up to 60 m3 and rated pressures up to 10 bar, steam manifolds according to PED Directive, blow down vessels, feed water tanks, water softeners and reverse osmosis plants.
