Stiavelli, historic brand and packaging division of Pavan Group, has enriched its high speed packaging system to package short pasta by achieving the new multihead weigher SPC20 (20 heads) and also introducing on the continuous motion packaging machine SVMC  an automatic film splicer. The packaging system, weigher SPC20 and packaging machine SVMC, in addition to the short pasta, can be used for dry granular products in general and can also perform pillow bags, with side gussets or squared bottom bags. The weigher electronics are completely separated from that of the packaging machine and it is of digital type. The operator panel only can be integrated (upon request) with that of the packaging machine. The packaging machine is controlled by PLC whose main movements are driven by brushless independent motors, film pulling is made by the system connected to a vacuum pump and it is further optimized to allow the introduction of the automatic film splicer (optional). On all the high-speed packaging systems Stiavelli introduced (as standard) the remote supervision.
