Since the adhesive is pre-applied in register during label printing, Adhesleeve can be classified as a linerless self-adhesive labelling machines. Due to this technology P.E. Labellers has achieved important sanitary, environmental, ecological goals: elimination of the hot melt, absence of fumes produced by heating the hot melt as well as the elimination of harmful products to clean the glue residuals makes the product entirely recyclable. Another particular feature, that makes it even more versatile, is the possibility to make this machine becoming a more than valid alternative to sleeve; it only takes to change the kind of film. The sleeve application is really expensive due to both the price of the machine and the cost for purchasing packaging materials.
