A preview of the virtual system that enables to discover the potential of the industry’s most advanced research laboratory was presented at Pack Expo. An experience that will be repeated in the new Georgia headquarters.
During the Pack Expo fair (which was held in Chicago last November), Robopac, thanks to its Gear VR360° technology, illustrated to its clients the world of TechLab, the most advanced research laboratory in its sector dedicated to the continuous innovation of product and process. The project, a world premiere, was realized using a special camera that can create and share 360 degree videos in high resolution via a simple mobile phone connected to a viewer: technology that is truly user friendly. This was a preview of what clients will be able to see at the new Robopac headquarters in the USA (in Duluth, Georgia). Thanks to this video technology, visitors had the opportunity of being teleported inside the Robopac laboratory, thus participating in an exciting virtual experience that enabled them to see all the stages of the testing and verification processes of the palletized load stability. Inside TechLab – a window open to the future – one can experience first-hand all the solutions offered by Robopac. All clients can reserve a specific lab test for their product. As a result, thanks to TechLab clients can test their own packaging and receive a complete report of the results obtained during the verification tests, thus ensuring the best possible packaging for their products. Thanks to its ability to stabilize and secure the palletized load, TechLab ensures that the product reaches its destination perfectly intact and undamaged. The reduced use of packaging materials also reduces costs, thus ensuring not only economic but also ecological savings, thanks to the elimination of the environmental impact in the logistics and transport phases, and the reduction of food waste. A further impulse to sustainable development, which confirms Robopac’s commitment to safeguarding the environment.
