A complete line for plastic butter containers, including horizontal thermoformer and fully automated boxing machine. This is the latest order delivered by FFS, the Group division specialising in technological solutions for the form-fill-seal industry. The heart of the line, installed in the production plant in Gujarat State, is the Minpack/20, capable of forming, filling and sealing individual 10 g butter portions starting from a reel of single-layer plastic film at an output rate of 30,000 containers/hour. The machine operates synchro-electronically with the automated boxing machine, specifically conceived for individual butter portions and designed to manage both box erection and the subsequent stacking (box in multiple 20-pack layers) and hot-melt closure stages. Developed specifically for the dairy market, this packaging machine offers a high-level response to the needs of even the most demanding market players.
