Lenze is adding a new g700 planetary gearbox to its range of solutions for servo applications with demanding requirements regarding overload capacity and dynamics. It can typically be used in conjunction with synchronous motors, the i700 servo controllers as well as control units and HMI systems in multi-axis materials-handling applications. The one-, two- and three-stage planetary gearboxes come in five sizes and cover torques ranging from 20 to 800 Nm. They feature uniform hardening of all gearing components, and ground and honed outer teeth.
