The Parma-based company, now headed by Pietro Bartoli, pursues technological evolution in Industry 4.0 optics, with the latest products, the new EVO permanent magnet stirrers to produce Grana cheese.
These propeller stirrers are the natural evolution of the classic standard stirrer by Caseartecnica Bartoli. They are characterized by the complete absence of oil to prevent milk contamination and by a completely sanitizable and washable motor that can be washed with hydropower. Brushless permanent magnet drive without reducer and oil inside prevents product contamination and reduces the environmental impact.
The new stirrer is entirely in stainless steel and food-contact materials; it guarantees energy savings and contributes to environmental sustainability. The stirrers are equipped with switchboards developed for Industry 4.0 and equipped for remote assistance and supervision.
Other important features are the degree of protection IP65, reduced dimensions and maintenance. The unit is designed for quick toll change according to the various processing stages (heating and cooking, pinning with the cutting of the curd, final cleaning of the double bottoms). All products are accompanied by continuous, 360-degree assistance.
